I currently apply my extensive experience in construction, marketing, sales, negotiations, and design to my real estate business.

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker in 2001, I have had 24 years of sales experience with two national companies. My experience includes 12 years of Real Estate experience as President of a national vacation condominium and home sales/rental company called www.condoworld.com. I specialized in the rental and sales of exclusive vacation condominiums and homes. My experience also includes 12 years as the National Sales Manager for Monarch Fasteners/Border Bolt, Inc., a national construction products company.

Regan Byers: 

Regan has over 25 years of experiance in the industry with Prudential, Cashin Company and now with Coldwell Banker. Regan specializes in representing buyers and has numerous contacts in the relocation industry. 

Regan grew up in the mid penisula areas of Burlingame, San Mateo and Hillsborough and also is an active sustainer with the San Fransisco Junior League. 

            

Herschel Cobb:

Herschel is an attorney and active member of the California State Bar. Herschel earned his law degree at the University of California at Berkeley and specialized in complex real estate and business matters and estate and probate matters. He has extensive experience at the negotiation table.

Herschel worked in acquisitions for a national real estate syndication firm during which time he acquired over $400 million in commercial properties. In the late 1980’s, Herschel worked with a major commercial mortgage banking firm. Today, he maintains a small investment business in which he is responsible for guiding the investments of family trusts along with his duties with our group. 

 

Molly Moe, is the team's transaction coordinator. Molly is a licenced real estate agent meticulously manages each and every transaction.

Personal Background:
 
Lyn was raised in Atherton and attended Sacred Heart, Atherton, for Elementary and High School followed by Santa Clara University.
                Lyn's roots are deep in this community and is the 6th generation born in San Francisco. Her great-great-great-great grandparents traveled to San Francisco in 1850. As a fourth generation Peninsula resident whose grandparents spent their summers from 1911 in the Woodside/Atherton/Menlo Park areas and moved permanently in 1939. Lyn is very familiar with the Peninsula. In addition, Lyn's husband, Herschel's grandfather, Ty Cobb, moved to Atherton to raise his family in 1933.
As a family, we enjoy reading, traveling and are avid sports fans and participants. Our family also enjoys baseball, football, basketball, tennis, golf and horseback riding.
